Germany's age of nuclear power is over

Nuclear power would have been helpful as a transitional technology. A nuclear renaissance would be too expensive and too slow.

The debate about the nuclear phase-out just doesn't seem to end in Germany. Emotions are still running high over the question of whether Germany should continue to rely on nuclear power in the future.
