Leading exporters have chosen LBBW as the best bank for export financing in the EMEA (Europe/Middle East/Africa) economic area. Yesterday in Prague, LBBW received the 2017 Regional Exporters' Choice Award from well-known specialized information service Trade & Export Finance (TXF) based in London.
The award is based on the results of a survey conducted by Munich-based Clevis Research of more than 150 export-oriented companies from around the world. Criteria such as business understanding, industry expertise, and flexibility were surveyed. "These are now the third Exporter's Choice Awards, which have attracted more and more attention from the market because they are based on a very detailed and current survey," said Jonathan Bell, Chief Editor at TXF. Unlike traditional league tables, volume is not decisive for the ranking. Instead, only qualitative factors were evaluated in the 'Exporters' Market Feedback Survey'. "In this way, it delivers a genuine overall opinion base," continued Bell.
LBBW came in first in the "Banks" category for the EMEA region. Those surveyed gave particularly high scores to LBBW's quality and speed of transaction execution as well as its customer orientation and understanding of the export markets.
