What you need for video legitimization:
Take 5-10 minutes time for the video legitimization.
- The case number from your advisor
- Your ID (e.g. passport)
- Good internet connection
- Firefox or Chrome browser (alternatively an app)
- Camera/speaker/microphone
- Video legitimization is only possible using a smartphone or tablet.
How does it work:
You have received an individual case number from your advisor.
- Have your ID ready.
- Begin the video legitimization.
- Enter your personal data.
- Agree to the recording and get connected.
- Follow the instructions from your video consultant and enter your identification data in the window that appears.
- The video consultant will take photos of your ID and you. You will then receive a TAN via SMS which you can use to complete video legitimization.
