The Business Portal is the central Internet application for corporate customers allowing you to access extensive account information and to transact payments inexpensively, securely and with ease.

Account information

The account information area gives you an overview of your current accounts. You can view, save and print account statements or have the account information displayed together with value dates. Simply download the data for further processing on your system.

Payment transactions

We provide the following types of orders for payment transactions:

  • SEPA credit transfers
  • urgent transfers
  • SEPA direct debits
  • international credit transfers

You can also transfer pre-prepared payment files to us. Innovative approaches are provided by the interplay between the Business Portal and SFirm.

Business relationship (Accounts)

Upon request, you are now able to view your loan and guarantee accounts, securities deposit and fixed-term accounts together with the related detailed information (such as e.g. maturities, interest rates, security prices and netting accounts) in the Business Relationship area.

Key generation

 

What do I have to consider by creating a key?

 

The link "My user account is not active yet" will take you to a wizard that will guide you through the user initialization steps. The necessary steps are explained in this guide .

 

Can I generate my key on any computer?

 

Yes. As long as there is a connection to the Internet, the key can be generated on any computer. We recommend saving the key on an external data carrier (e.g. a USB stick) rather than on your computer.

 

After the key has been generated, the INI letter is not displayed in a new window. What has to be done?

 

The INI letter can be opened again on the Portal start page via the text link "…print the INI letter again".

You will need to add the URL https://LBBW-Business.de as an exception in the popup settings for your browser.

 

Passwords

 

What are the minimum requirements for the password?

 
  • The password has to be constituted of at least 8, maximum 20 characters.
  • The password should include uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers.
  • Special characters are allowed.

Is it necessary to change the password for the Business Portal at regular intervals?

 

Yes, it is necessary to change the password after 90 days for security reasons.
The necessary steps are explained in this guide.

Please note: the Business-Portal memorises the last ten passwords.

 

Login

 

What do I have to consider by logging on for the first time from 21 January 2017?

 

For security reasons, the key is no longer accessed via a Java applet. This means that you have to select the location of the key when you log on. By logging on to the new release of the Business-Portal for the first time, the key has to be updated. At the same time, you will need to change your password.
Please consider not to choose a password that was used in the past.
Otherwise there may appear the warning "Key not found".
The necessary steps are explained in this guide .
Please note: this one-time process cannot be executed yet by using the browsers Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

 

I entered my password correctly but a 'Login incorrect' message is displayed in the Portal.

 
  • Attention should be paid to the use of uppercase and lowercase characters.
  • The cap lock key should not be enabled because if it is enabled you will enter only uppercase letters.
  • One possibility is that the browser functionality “Save password” has been enabled and your old password is still stored. Please disable the browser function or delete the stored password.
  • Access to the key drive (A:\, B:\ or removable media) must be ensured. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance where necessary.
 

I entered my password correctly but cannot log in and do not receive an error message.

 
  • We always recommend using the latest browser version (see technical requirements).
  • The URL https://LBBW-Business.de may be blocked. In this case, you will need to enable the URL in the browser, the firewall or the proxy server. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance where necessary.
 

Cash management

 

How up-to-date is the account information provided in the Business Portal?

 
  • Postings made during the day are transferred to the Business Portal every half hour between 6:50 a.m. and 5:50 p.m.
  • The account statements are made available in the Business Portal between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
 

How far back do account statements/information go?

 
  • Data of the past 90 days is available.
  • As a rule, however, account statements are made available only after the customer starts using the Portal.
 

Payment transactions

 

By what time does LBBW have to receive the payment transaction files so that they are posted the same day?

 

The following applies regarding acceptance times for Electronic Banking
