Disclosure obligations under section 31h
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

In accordance with the provisions of section 31h WpHG, LBBW is required to publish all off-exchange transactions undertaken in the course of its investment services as defined by section 2 (3) sentence 1 no. 1 to 4 WpHG in shares and certificates representing shares listed on an organized market.

 

LBBW uses the service provided by BrainTrade Gesellschaft für Börsensysteme mbH via the XONTRO system to meet its disclosure obligations.

Börse Stuttgart AG is responsible for publishing the data under a subcontracting arrangement.

You can access the factsheet for a particular ISIN by entering the ISIN in the search box in the top-left hand corner of the page and clicking "Search". Then click on the "Stock Exchanges" tab on the summary page. This page shows the last price with trade time and volume (in units) for all of the German stock exchanges as well as OTC in the XONTRO-OTC Trade Report.
