German Centre Beijing helping German businesses to enter the Chinese market
Opened in 1999, the German Centre in Beijing supports small and medium-sized German companies venturing into China. At its premises in the centrally located Chaoyang District, it provides office and conference facilities as well as various advisory, logistic and other services including financial services via LBBW's representative office. What is crucial, however, is that tenants are able to share experience, which helps them to join networks and acclimatize to local business conditions. Since its establishment, around 250 companies from all over Germany have used the German Centre in Beijing as their launch pad for business in China. Currently, it accomodates roughly 100 companies. In addition to the German Centre Beijing, LBBW also operates German Centres in Singapore, Mexico City and, most recently, in Moscow. As a joint enterpreise with BayernLB it also runs the German Centre Delhi.Gurgaon in India.
